      Mimiskdo prides itself on the recipes created by our mixologists and our friends.  All the cocktails are designed to be unique but easy to make.  While a mixologist tends to create everything from scratch, we try to emphasize combinations that the every day person can easily procure from the local store.   We also are focused on a lot of holiday themes this you will see many types of holiday creations.   We hope you will enjoy these recipes.

Mardi Gras Bootcamp     inspired by Jennifer Contreras

Moscow Mule Mojitos

2 oz Pinnacle Vodka

3 oz Ginger Beer

3 Lime Wedges

4 Mint Leaves

Stir vigorously and garnish with a lime wedge

​

Hurricane Punch

2 oz Pinnacle Tropical Punch Vodka

1 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Orange Juice

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Ginger Beer

Dash of Bitterman's Tiki Bitters

Dash of Angostura Bitters

Stir vigorously and garnish with orange and lime slices

King Cake 75's

1.5 oz Pinnacle King Cake Vodka

1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

2.5 oz Champagne or Prosecco

Pour in a Martini glass that you have rimmed with colored kingcake sugar and drop in a little plastic king cake baby

Sparkling Shamrock

2.0 oz Bacardi White Rum

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Muddle:

3  Lime wedges

6  Mint Leaves

1 Honeydew Cube

Top with Soda

Garnish with a cucumber wheel

Irish Margarita

1.0 oz 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey

1.0 oz Triple Sec

2.0 oz Sweet and Sour(  Qual parts line juice and simple syrup

Top with 1 oz Harp Lager

Garnish the rim with Green Sugar

Pot of Gold

1.0 oz Ketel One Citron

.05 oz Stirrings Ginger Liqueur

.05 oz Lemon Juice

.05 oz Simple Syrup

Top with 2.0 oz sparkling wine

Garnish the rim with edible gold dust or gold sugar

Leprechaun's Lunch Cocktail

1.0 oz Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka

.05 oz Creme de Menthe Green

.05 oz Creme de Cacao

1.0 oz Half and Half Creamer

Garnish the rim with crushed Oreos or Lucky Charm Marshmallow cereal.

Baby Guinness Shots

2.0 oz Kamora Coffee Liqueur

.05 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

Irish Coffee

1.0 oz 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey

1.0 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

Top with hot coffee and garnish with whipped cream with sprinkles of green sugar on top

Blue Hawaiian Holiday

0.75 oz Smirnoff Passion Fruit Vodka

0.75 oz Blue Chair Coconut Rum

1.0 oz Blue Curacao

2.0 oz Pineapple Juice

1.5 oz Fresh Sour MIx

Garnish with fun tiki accessories like monkey's mermaids, umbrellas and pineapples.

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and shake 30 seconds.   Strain into a glass over ice and add the Tiki items

1.0 oz Tito's Vodka

1.0 oz Creme de Banana

3.o oz Orange Juice

0.5 oz Grand Marnier

0.5 oz Monin Mango Puree

Garnish with an orange wheel and tiki accessories after shaking thoroughly then straining over ice in a glass.

Singapore Slinger

1.0 oz Bombay Gin

0.5 oz Grand Marnier

0.5 oz Licor 43

0.5 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur

0.5 oz Lime Juice

3.o oz Pineapple Juice

Garnish with a pineapple slice and Tiki accessories after shaking and then straining over ice.

Bourbon Float

1.5 oz  Bulleit Bourbon

4.0 oz Barq's Rootbeer

Scoop of Bluebell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Bourbon Lemonade

1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon

3.0 oz Lemonade

3 Muddle Blackberries or many muddled blue berries

Mix in a tall glass and the muddled berries will float around and then settle out on the bottom of the glass

​

Bourbon Long Island

1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon

3.0 oz Sweet Tea

0.5 oz Peach Schnapps

Mix in a tall glass and garnish with a fresh peach slice

​

Bourbon Swizzle

1.5 oz  Bulleit Bourbon

4.0 oz Ginger Beer

Pour in a short highball glass and garnish with fresh mint.

1.0 oz Tanqueray Ten Gin

1.0 oz Rose- Hibiscus Syrup

1.0 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Pour in a champagne glass and top with sparkling wine or Prosecco

1.5 oz Ron Zacapa Rum

0.5 oz Agave Nectar

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Tepacho

Sexy Whiskey Soda               inspired by Lucinda Weed of Black Penny

2.0 oz Bulleit Bourbon

0.25 oz Grand Marnier

0.33 oz Peach Blackberry Shrub

Combine all the ingredients into an old fashioned glass with a dash of sparkling wine, a dash of Peychaud's bitters, a dash of soda and garnish the cocktail with a blackberry

The Space Cowboy                    inspired by High Hat Restaurant - New Orleans

1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon

 .5 oz  Mezcal   You can use Patron if Mezcal is missing from your collection

1.0 oz Ginger Syrup

4 dashes Hot Ass Tinc

Shake Vigourously over ice and pour in a hugh ball glass and top with Paprika and and orange peel draped across the glass

Cafe Brulot Diabolique              inspired by Antoine's Restaurant - New Orleans

2 sticks cinnamon

8 whole cloves

Peel of one lemon

1.5 tablespoons sugar

3.0 oz Brandy

3 cups strong black coffee

​

​Put the cinnamon, cloves, lemon peel, sugar and brandy in a fireproof bowl and heat on an open flame. When the brandy is hot, but not boiling, bring the bowl to the table and ignite with a match. Use a ladle to stir and pour the liquid around the bowl for 2 minutes. Pour the hot coffee into the flaming brandy and then ladle into demitasse cups (half cups).

2 oz. Earl Grey infused Bourbon

Absinthe Rinse

.05 oz Demerara Syrup

Dash Orange Bitters

Maple Syrup Ice Cube

Orange Peel

​

Spray the glassware with the Absinthe Rinse and mix the bourbon and syrup in a mixing glass in preparation.  Light the finishing glassware on fire to burn off the Absinthe Rinse.   Pour the mixing glass contents into the glass with a dash of orange bitters. Add the Maple syrup ice cube and garnish with an orange peel.

Mind Your Beesness                      inspired by the Alchemy Lab - Sarasota Florida

Honey

1.0 oz Gin

.05 oz South African Aperitif

1.0 oz Grapefruit Cordial

Jasmine Pearls

Lemon Peel

​

Mix the honey with some water to level the thickness.  Chill a small martini glass in preparation.   Pour the honey into a mixing glassware and ass the aperitif and Grapefruit Cordials.  Pour into the chilled martini glass, drop the Jasmine Pearls into the glass and garnish with the lemon peel.

Rosemary's Baby                               Inspired by the Broad Theater - New Orleans

1 oz. Rittenhouse Rye

.05 Dash of Rosemary Ginger Syrup

Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice

Lemon Peel

​

In a mixing glass, pour the Rittenhouse in first.  Add the fresh lemon juice and the Rosemary Ginger Syrup.   Mix together and add ice.  Strain the cocktail into a short rocks glass and garnish with a curly lemon peel.

Blueberry Mint Zinger                       Inspired by the Broad Theater - New Orleans

2 oz Western Son Blueberry Vodka

1/2 oz Blueberry Mint Shrub

Soda Water

Lemon Twist

​

In a tall cocktail glass, pour the Western Son Blueberry vodka over ice.   Pour in the Blueberry mint shrub and stir. Fill the balance of the glass with soda water and garnish with a lemon twist.
